- Handmade Lead Time: To uphold traditional handcrafting techniques, the production lead time for each emblem is approximately 1 week (7 working days). Quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience.

4.Ordering & Shipping Policy

- Global Express Shipping: Ships directly from our studio in China via DHL / EMS. Estimated delivery is 6-10 working days worldwide
- Return Policy: As these are highly personalized handcrafted items, they cannot be resold. Returns are not supported unless the product is damaged during transit.
