1.1 Non-Resellable: Each piece is created based on your specific requirements (design, dimensions, colors, or personalization). Once production begins or is completed, the item cannot be sold to another customer
1.2 Handmade Characteristics: Minor variations in texture, color, or slight “hand-made” marks are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
2.Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for the following:
2.1 Change of Mind: Requests based on personal preference, “not liking the style,” or “it’s different from what I imagined” once the order is in production or delivered.
2.2 Customer Error: Errors in the custom information provided by the customer (e.g., typos, incorrect measurements, or wrong color selection).

3.Exceptions: Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your order. However, in the rare event that your item is damaged during transit, we will make it right. This is the only condition under which a return or replacement is accepted.
