Since our products are handcrafted and custom-designed, they require a specific production period before shipment.

  • Shipping Notification: Once your item is ready, we will ship it immediately and send a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship from China via premium air freight services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your custom items.

  • Carriers: Primarily DHL or EMS.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 6-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures or unexpected logistics delays.

3.Order Tracking

You can monitor your package’s journey at any time:

  • On-site Tracking: Visit our “Order Tracking” page and enter your Order ID or Tracking Number.
  • External Tracking: You can also use international tracking plugins or websites (such as 17track.net) to check the real-time status of your shipment.

4.Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information before placing an order.

5.Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
